Finally, the Final Exam.
In my computer applications course a guest speaker, Will Gilmer, came and gave a presentation to my class. His presentation was highly enjoyable, because he is using the internet to be an advocate for agriculture. I had never thought about using youtube to educate people about the agricultural industry. I probably enjoyed his videos the most.

Shooty hoops and stick ball.
Throughout its history, Mississippi State has been a competitive in men's basketball. The Bulldogs have had 10 conference regular season championships, 4 conference tournament championships, 7 divisional championships, and 10 NCAA appearances, including 3 trips to the Sweet Sixteen and a Final Four appearance in 1996. Mississippi State has also made 7 appearances in the National Invitation tournament.
MSU earned South-eastern conference Championships in 1948, 1949, 1965, 1966, 1970, 1971, 1979, 1985, 1987, and 1989, and SEC Tournament Championships in 1979, 1985, 1987, 1990, 2001, 2005, and 2012. State has also earned appearances in 32 NCAA Baseball Regionals and made it to the College World Series 8 times, finishing as high as 3rd in 1985. Between 1992 and 2003, a Bulldogs pitcher was selected in the first round of the MLB draft 6 times.
Unfortunately, this success has never led State to a National Championship. In fact, Mississippi has never won a National Championship in basketball, football, or baseball. State has been close to National Championships in both baseball and basketball, but never actually taken the win. I hope that one day State will take home a national championship in something...heck I'd be fine if it was under-water basket weaving at this point.
